I did NOT want to get up this morning. I ended up in bed curled up with Mommy by the morning because Breighton was not sharing the bed well.
I finally did get up and we hit the road for a 6 hour drive on towards St. Louis. We made good time so we ended up downtown today instead of tomorrow. We parked not he levy near the Mississippi River.
We had a lot of fun on the riverboat cruise aboard the Tom Sawyer.
What a great view!
We checked out the Westward Expansion Museum.
We played with a bunch of toys from the “olden days”.
We found a buffalo.
We traced the journey of Lewis and Clark.
We weighed ourselves on the scales.
Mom was able to swap our tram to the top passes for ones for today. We didn’t even have to wait long! We lined up at these LITTLE 4 foot high and 20 inch wide doors.
We were door #4.
the pod fits 5 people. Very tight fit! I was beyond terrified.
I liked looking out the windows at the top until I realized how high up we actually were.
I got scared again and started to cry. Mommy held me tight and said we could head back down.
Phew!
Heading down… finally.
This is a spare pod at the bottom we could play in. It didn’t feel as cramped because the door was much bigger!
I made it!
