We had a great time at Grandma and Grandpa’s wandering around the lake catching critters. I caught a really neat dragonfly!
We got some new bug collecting and mounting items from BioQuip! I am excited to try out my new net.
I love my new net. I used it to stalk some butterflies in Dunedin.
My prized collection is a near perfect sample of a giant swallowtail butterfly! It took me almost 20 minutes to catch.
I am having fun learning how to pin the insects too.
