This was a crazy busy 4H weekend. We started with a Friday night bake-a-thin to get ready for the Apple/Pecan Cook-off on Saturday. Daddy helped me make a apple bread that came out super yummy.
Oddly, I loved the batter but not the final bread.

I am a pro at shredding apples and not fingers.
Saturday we got to the Pinellas Country Fair and I found out I won a second place ribbon for one of my photos.
My apple Bread got a blue ribbon and high points for my category!
I can’t wait until next year!
