B has a contest tomorrow in Ocala so the family came up a day early and explored at Silver Springs State Park. The water was very clear at the spring head.
We hiked several trails.

We took a glass bottom boat eco tour. I loved looking down at all the fish. The driver of the boat said that Creature from the Black Lagoon was filmed here! Since I was the Creature for Halloween this year I was super interested.
We saw lots of turtles and alligators.

What a fun boat ride! We had a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch that was really good!
We explored their little museum after the ride and I found lots of photos and items from the filming of the Creature movie.
