We drove to Apollo Beach to visit the manatee viewing center. We have been trying to go for a few years but never found the time. We were amazed at the size of the power plant and the stinky suffer smell.

They had a few discovery learning areas.

There must have been over 200 manatees in the warm waters created by the power plant.

There were lots of mom and babies.

I enjoyed reading about how the power company makes homes for birds on top of their power poles.

We had a wonderful time and I would like to go back someday.

The elves showed back up yesterday when we got home from Thanksgiving at Grandma and Grandpas. Hopefully the elves stay out of trouble this year!

We went out to dinner with Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Kim and Uncle Tom. After dinner Daddy offered fried ice cream. It was HUGE! I ate all the whip cream while Mommy say back and rolled her eyes.

Mom took us and our friend Lex to Celebration Station for some laser tag. We played a few games beforehand while waiting for our games to come up.

I thought the arcade was rather loud.

We all geared up and entered the room.

During the games someone kept pressing the fog button and the enter place was a giant wall of smokey fog. We won both games and were glad to get out to get some fresh air. When they opened the doors the entire building filled with the smoke and the fire department was called.

We decided to leave and go fishing. We had no luck with the fish today. We all had fun fishing but wish we could have caught something.

I did catch a pinfish just as we were leaving. Maybe next time I catch the big one?

Today I like salad… with dressing… five bucks says tomorrow I say “My taste buds have changed again and I don’t like it”!
