In case you didn’t know I am obsessed with team mascots. Today at the Threshers game the Phanatic, mascot for the MLB Phillies came to visit. He played with Phinley and even killed him at one point? Mommy said they would be all better quickly.

Phinley pulled through, thank goodness.

I even got a High-5 from the Phanatic! I ddi think he was a bit mean.

I have really been enjoying school so far this year. I am tearing through my lessons.

Today we got our lessons done quickly and then went and visited the humane society. The cats were BOGO and half off! We adopted two kittens. I names my black kitty Crystal, she was names Kiss. The gray kitty is now called Storm! Crystal is 12 weeks old and Storm is 9 weeks. They were fostered together and are so awesome.

We rushed home and got the kittens settled and then had our Lego Team meeting.

B’s buddy, Camdan, slept over and we all stayed in Mom and Dad’s room with the kittens.

We had a small belt promotion at karate class.

We each earned our next stripe!

Thunderbug was at a baseball game. I was OVER the moon!

We had some friends join us for the game as well.

We had a trip to Airheads for PE class! Yup, PE at a giant trampoline place! LUCKY US!

We took a field trip to MOSI to learn about natural disasters for Lego Team.

Finally some Latin work for class. I am having a blast learning some new Latin words.

We wanted to see if we could be completely exhausted by the time Daddy gets home. We had a fun first 4-H meeting. I am excited to be in a 4-H club this year. Our club is called Nuts and Bolts. Today we made forts out of newspaper.

We helped Mom build a catapult for next meeting.

We played with the typewriters before bed.

The neighbors had a tree trimmed and we decided to have a palm tree cut down at the same time.

We had a blast watching the tree trimmers all day!

Off to the baseball game. Skydivers during this game again.

Hedgie is getting bigger! WAY BIGGER!

We spend a lot of time at baseball games. Even when the weather isn’t looking so nice.

A new playground opened and it is pretty nifty. I like the fake grass!

  

We had a fun event this weekend with Harry Potter Madness. We ate lots of sugar food and watched LOTS of tv!

I loved the acid pops.

We name broomsticks and raced around the block.

Homemade english muffins.

Yummy chocolate frogs.

Pretzel wands.

Snitch Cakes.

Butter beer.

Ginger snaps.

HUfflecakes. aka beignets!
