As Portrayed by Mom and Dad
This is my new phase as of late. I am tired but refuse to nap. Today Mommy was curled up reading to Breighton and me on the sofa. Thunder came up and curled up as well. After about 20 pages in a book I fell asleep. I think this is the first nap I have taken in months.
I am loving getting in on the action with science projects this year. I am certainly growing up! I love to get my hands filthy.
Goo was a perfect sensory thing for me. The messier the better in my book!
Breighton has been riding in the way back of the minivan lately. It is a lot quieter and I actually get to look out the window because I am not busy bugging Breighton. I saw a cloud that looked like Mickey Mouse!
We even saw a mama deer and her fawn!
I think I like this looking out the window stuff!
As you may recall, before we went on our long vacation we had to put down Hunter. Mommy wanted a new kitty since she didn’t have one of her OWN. I have kind of taken a liking to the little guy! We named him Thunder.
He lets me hold him and snuggle him and even plays high-5 with me.
He is super playful and a read loud purr cat.
He loves when I snuggle him.
He falls asleep all over the place. But i just walk up and pick him up and carry him off saying “Little kitty you come snuggle with me”.
Thunder is very tolerance of noise and chaos. He just falls asleep in the middle of it all. Normally on Mommy.
I am starting to join the family craze and get into Legos. I went to a Lego Club meeting at the East Lake Library and I had a blast playing with the Duplo blocks. I wanted to use the little blocks but the big kids were kid of aggressive so I stuck with the Duplo. I was quite happy! I found kitty and puppy faces.
I made this really cool castle/zoo!
