Disney Vacation

We got over to Disney before Dad so we went to Disney Quest and played games for a while. I love the Star Wars Pod Racer game.

We saw Captain EO for the last time as they are closing it down.

IMG_4089

We had dinner at Biergarten in Germany. I loved the stage show. I found some food to eat. I liked the pretzel rolls.

IMG_4090

We saw the processional and sat right in front of the percussionists. I loved watching all the moving and shaking they had to do.

We checked outage pool a few times. I was finally brave enough to try to slide and kept going back for more.

IMG_4099

We said another goodbye to the Osborn lights since this is the last year for them. It was insanely crowded.

IMG_4102

I was upset that the line for the Star Tours so so long that we could only do the fastness once. But my smile returned when I found out about the Launch Pad area. They had all sorts of props from he new movie that comes out in a few weeks.

We went and saw Fantasmic late at night. I think we were all a little tired.

IMG_4122

It was kind of chilly in the mornings but was toasty by noon. Waiting for the boat to Magic Kingdom was not fun for me. I was FROZEN!

IMG_4126

I did ride the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train 4 times this week. I LOVED IT!

I took Dad on the teacups.

IMG_4132

I got a new anteater stuffed animal.

IMG_4140

We waited patiently to see Santa.

IMG_4143

I actually went up without Mom holding onto me.

IMG_4152

I rigged up some ropes and tied them around my waist and scaled the trees. I managed to get quite high into the tree.

IMG_4163

There weren’t a lot of kids around since most schools are still in session. We had a grand time together riding scooters, creating scenes for our movie we are making and getting dirty.

IMG_4168

I loved the campfire show and making S’mores. IMG_4176

We met up with friends for a DisneySchooling gathering at EPCOT. Welcome back to the three caballeros in Mexico. They have been on a world tour for the last 30 years! IMG_4188

We set the rhythm at the drums.

IMG_4193

We met the group and listened to stories of the holidays from around the world.

Some of our best friends. They live near us so this was a treat to meet up in Orlando.

IMG_4279

We did our annual carriage ride.

IMG_4285

The elves got into trouble. One night they even had a marshmallow snowball fight!

IMG_4287

Another cold wait for the boat to magic Kingdom. We were heading over to do the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom game some more.

IMG_4292 IMG_4297

We had dinner at Boma one night and decorated cookies as a treat afterwards. I picked a giraffe and an elephant.

IMG_4304

We saw a baby giraffe on the safari.

IMG_4328

We got soaked on the Kali River Rapids ride.

IMG_4352

I loved The Castle Guys site and dancing castle set to the music from Wishes.

IMG_4363

I was all snuffly and sneezy most of the trip. This pollen in the water explains that! Summer #4?

IMG_4368

We scootered all over the campground. It is awesome that the scooters fit under the motorhome and we can travel with them easier than the bicycles.

Twas the Night Before Christmas

We went with some homeschool friends to see Twas the Night Before Christmas at Mahaffay Theater in St. Petersburg. Grandma Susie came along too. We had really nice seats in the balcony wings. I loved the show.We have a few other plays and performances coming up this month. I do love shows like this a lot.

IMG_4048

We came home and found Thunder sleeping on the cable box. Weird kitty.
