We decided to drive into Chicago versus taking the public transportation. Mommy was a bit putt off by the part of town we were staying in for this leg of the trip.
We made it safely to downtown and got parked in the parking lot of Soldier Field.
YEAH THE FIELD MUSEUM!
This is why we came to Chicago! DINOSAUR SUE! Breighton has been learning a lot about Sue this year and this was very fun to see her.
I liked the cobras!
This is Sue’s real skull. It weights about 800lbs so a replica is on the one in the museum. FYI The T-Rex at T-Rex Cafe in Orlando is modeled from Dinosaur Sue!
Hall of dinosaurs.
I found a triceratops!
We shrunk down to 1/2 in tall and went 3 inches underground to see what life was like. Man, I may never play in dirt again! EWWW!
We drove to find the Sears Tower (AKA Willis Tower).
Mommy thought the nav system in the car was neat!
Hi Sears Tower.
After we got back to the hotel I was all tuckered out. Mommy thinks I have a strange way to watch tv on my iPad.
After I got cleaned up I curled up next to Mommy for some snuggles and fell right asleep.
