The St. Louis zoo is free to attend. If you want to do any of the “extras” there is a charge. We bought wristbands for $10 and got to do everything!
I picked the train station first. Look what the name was. I told the lady that worked there that they spelled it wrong! It should be EmMerson.
I love love loved the train ride.
WEEEEEE!
After the trains I picked PENGUINS! Did you know I love penguins?
It was SUPER cold in the penguin exhibit. I laughed so hard and loud!
They were super cute and funny.
I rode the merry-go-round. Of course I picked the penguin to ride on.
I hung out with a chimpanzee.
The prairie dogs were awesome! This one wanted me to pet it! Mommy said not a good idea.
What a neat water fountain!
Hanging out with a cobra was my idea of fun. I layed and watched him for about 10 minutes.
I pet big stingrays and BABY stingrays. They were so cute.
Look Mom an Elephant.
Mommy kept telling me to look UP. I thought she was talking about to take a picture. I didn’t even notice the goat on my head!
Kid hanging with a kid.
The Fennec Fox kept hiding and I really wanted to see it. Mommy talked to one of the zookeepers and told him how much I loved Fennec Fox and the keeper went in the enclosure and shoed one out for me to see. AWESOME!
I wanted Mommy to take a picture of a meerkat for Breighton.
They had a really cool slide that was made of a clear tunnel that went right through the otter habitat. I went down the slide at least 30 times! I kept yelling al the kids that were stopping in the tunnel and banging not he tube. “YOU ARE DISTURBING THE OTTERS! STOP!”
I had a great time at the zoo today. It was too hot even for a Florida boy! We left and it was 92F with near 70% humidity. YUCKIE!
