We had a fun day with Breighton’s friend, Zoe, at Weeki Wachee Springs. I loved the mermaids.

  

There were all sorts of bugs to catch and things to take pictures of.

We took a boat ride in the crystal clear water. We saw lots of fish and birds.

I thought the mermaid show was a bit much. It was kind of scary for me at parts.

I wasn’t quite sure what to think of the real mermaids!?

We played in the kiddie splash pool for a while and then went out to the springs to swim. Mommy managed to carry Zoe, Breighton and me all the way out to the dock in the water. She swam half the way. We kept ending up back at the kids splash area though.

I helped Mommy and Breighton make some decorations for St. Patrick’s Day.

I found it hilarious that Mommy kept pretending that there were leprechauns all over the house!

We had a grab time on our canoe trip. I was much less scared in the boat this time. I sat real still and enjoyed the ride. I did like getting out and splashing around in the water.

I helped Mommy sift through the rocks to find things I thought were cool. I loved finding shark teeth.

I liked the new playgrounds at the remodeled Dinosaur World.

I have an minor obsession with sticking my head in photo holes.

Such a big brave boy. I will climb just about anything, but only if I see Breighton do it first.

Trying hard not to get eaten by a dead dinosaur is hard work.

I found lots of triceratops (my favorite dinosaur) bones in the museum.

The line for the fossil dig was insane. At least we were at the front!

I found teeth and an ammonite.

After we got home Breighton let me use his Etch A Sketch. I drew lots of “dinosaurs” and made Mommy take photos of them all.

I like going to Breighton’s 4H meetings. I learn a lot and get to have a lot of fun. Maxine was showing me where the queen bee was in the hive at this weeks meeting. They had a bee keeper come in and teach us all about honey! I LOVE honey!
