Emmerson’s Journey

Today we hung out at Grandma Susie’s condo so Mommy could get a few things done. We went down to the community playground and I had a wonderful time.

On the real Thanksgiving I spent the morning with some of Breighton’s friends at the playground. Mommy was so busy chasing and making sure things were under control only one picture was taken!

I got to hang out at the table with Mommy & Daddy while Breighton did his school play. I was being a TOTAL goof for Daddy and the camera.

Today I spent most of my day IN the stroller. We wandered around EPCOT and enjoyed a day of skipping out of life to focus on some emotional rebuilding for big brother. I took a brief nap on the wat from EPCOT to Downtown Disney and awoke just in time to play in the dinosaur boneyard at T-Rex cafe. I loved using the brush to find things in the gravel.

Then I helped Breighton and Daddy “pan for gems”!

Breighton got 5 pretty rocks! He calls them gems! I call them MINE!

I am quite the hambone lately. I am obsessed with all things Elmo. I think Elmo is just about the funniest thing in the world. I am also learning more words… i am just about caught up on my verbal skills. I have quite a lot of words now. I enjoy Patty-Cake and saying mark it with an “EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE”! Mommy makes me laugh. Music moves me and excites me. My big brother is my world. Still missing those silly k9s to I have a baby smile still. I am still tiny. I eat when I feel like it. I nurse when I feel like it. I sleep when I feel like it, which isn’t often, but getting better!

I can’t believe I am almost 2!!!

Breighton’s school has a Mommy and me class that I have been going to. I really enjoy playing with the different toys, making crafts and making new friends. I especially like going out on the playground. I get to see the playground every day when we drop off and pick up Breighton and I am NOT allowed on it. UGH! Well, with my little class I CAN!! WOO HOO!

My first class I wasn’t quite sure what to do.

Then I really got into the excitement the next week. I think it is the play ground. Did I mention I LOVE the playground! ?
