 Suncoast Primate Sanctuary

Today we went to the Suncoast Primate Sanctuary and saw all sorts of monkeys. I am feeling a ton better but still a bit cranky. I was confined to my stroller once again but that was fine with me. It was toasty outside!

This is a baby lemur and I got to hold AND pet it. It is all wrapped up in the bluish purple stuffed monkey. Very fun! :)

 Touch a Truck in Dunedin

Summer is surely here. It is beastly out already. I enjoyed a morning in the stroller while everyone else climbed on trucks and honked horns.

DSC_7770

It was fine with me because I am still recovering from my double ear infection.

DSC_7881

I thought the HUGE flag was pretty entertaining. It took about 10 people to get it up in the air and waving!

DSC_7893

I was allowed out of the stroller long enough to visit the petting zoo. I LOVED following all the ducks, chickens and bunnies around!

DSC_7980

I was very gentle and tender with all the animals. I really enjoyed this part of the Touch A Truck… even if they weren’t trucks! :)

EPCOT Flower Garden Festival and GiGi’s 94th Birthday Celebration

Getting ready to start the LONG day.

DSC_6744

Everyone is smiling. We are energized and ready to have FUN!

DSC_6756

No looking back. I am completely fearless when if comes to wandering away from Mommy. But if she tries even one step to walk away from me… I SCREAM! AHHH!

DSC_6782

Looking back for Mom, and oddity. Maybe it was because I wanted my shoes because this mulch was HOT HOT HOT!

DSC_6787

Driving the pirate ship.

DSC_6825

I love slides. I love to do them on my own. Ready… Set…

DSC_6830

GO!!!

DSC_6834

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

DSC_6836

GiGi, looking fantastic for 94! :)

DSC_6872

Telling Daddy where I want to go. I saw another playground!

DSC_6904

If I pull up I may land on my head, help please!

DSC_7010

Mommy helping me sit with Breighton and a pretty girl on the “not-so-swingy” swing.

DSC_7014

More slides… Head first?? Sure why not!!!

DSC_7037

Making music in the gardens.

DSC_7050

Mommy took B to the potty and I showed off my mutant strength doing pull-ups! :)

DSC_7082

I can scale this ladder rather easily.

DSC_7091

I think I am wearing out. I really don’t want lunch.

DSC_7185

Everyone else was eating.

DSC_7197

I just wanted to scream!

DSC_7203

After a brief nap I felt recharged and was ready for some exploring. Daddy and Breighton were off doing the “Kim Possible” thing and I went on my own adventure.

Using the “Kim-unicator” to get my mission.

DSCN1797

My mission involved a sippy cup!

DSCN1803

Wandering down the sidewalks.

DSCN1805

Trying to find a place for a picnic.

DSCN1807

This looks good but there is a fence around it, BUMMER!

DSCN1809

Oh well, mission failed. So off to do something else.

Why is water shooting out of the ground??

DSC_7258

Breighton explained the mechanics and how to play in the water.

DSC_7274

I don’t think this is for me!

DSC_7342

Well, maybe it is! :)

DSC_7362

I was soaked in just a few minutes. What a fun way to cool off and end the day at EPCOT.

 Attack of the Big Kids

Today, Breighton had an all day play date with Madi. The were playing in the backyard in the wading pool and hunting bugs and things. Suddenly they both attacked me and started dumping water on me.

DSC_6700

I liked the water but the buckets had a LOT of sand in them as well. So I was covered in wet sand. Not so happy. But I was hanging with the big kids, that was really all that mattered in my world.

DSC_6701

 Being Silly

Breighton got a new frog and I was lacking attention because the frog was getting it all. I opted to put a top I found in an Easter egg in my mouth. I kept tipping my head so far back that I was falling over. But I CAN’T be ignored!

DSC_6668

Breighton was trying to teach me how to climb the ladder to show me the frog. I was more occupied with the top in my mouth. Silly me! :)

DSC_6672

 Easter Day Fun

Breighton and I loved our Easter baskets. They had gifts from Grandma Susie, Grandma Jo and Mommy & Daddy in them! :) Thanks to everyone!

I love these Ikea stacking rings.

DSC_6237

Such a happy boy! :)

DSC_6261

Egg hunting in Grandma and Grandpa’s backyard.

DSC_6296

Okay, Mom I will humor you and find a few eggs.

DSC_6314

My basket is pretty empty.

DSC_6335

I think I will go visit the big kids and their hunt.

DSC_6374

Busted by Mommy. Back to gathering eggs.

DSC_6384

Okay, enough eggs… bye bye eggs.

DSC_6390

This egg hunting is getting old. I want to hunt something else.

DSC_6396

ROCKS! I filled my bucket with rocks! :)

DSC_6500

After the rocks were set free and all my eggs were in my basket (via Mommy), Breighton and I compared what we found! :)

DSC_6536

I wanted to trade… but he wasn’t too keen on that.

DSC_6538

Happy! :)

DSC_6540

We went to Uncle Harry and Aunt Kay’s house for lunch. I was not into eating because the big kids finished fast and went off to do something.

DSC_6562

Not even the cupcake made me happy.

DSC_6565

Maybe I will have a little.. but but but the big kids are in the…

DSC_6580

POOL! I want to be in the pool! NOW!

DSC_6612

Oh wait, this is chocolate!

DSC_6627

Okay, maybe I will eat the cupcake and then think about the pool some more.

DSC_6635

Okay, I am good with the cupcake.. it is chocolate after-all! :)

DSC_6646

I did get in the pool but only for a few minutes because I kept playing danger baby and trying to walk off the steps. Mommy said enough was enough and got me cleaned up and went inside. Bummer, I can’t wait to get in the pool!

 Easter Egg Coloring

I got up from my nap just in time to help Breighton color eggs.

DSC_6107

Can you tell how enthused I was by egg coloring? I wanted to get my hands in the colors so I was just grumpy because I was denied!

DSC_6118

Grandma Jo helped B to dip the eggs.

DSC_6133

Finally Mommy let me used crayons on the eggs and helped me make funny designs that would only show up once B dyed the eggs! :)

DSC_6180

Our masterpieces! :) Only two casualties! One in the boiling water and another rolled across the table and onto the floor… SMASH!

Safety Harbor Easter Egg Hunt 2009

Today we went to the Easter Egg hunt in Safety Harbor. It was VERY scaled down from last year.

DSC_5625

I had a fun time playing a few games before it was time for my “hunt”.

DSC_5634

Mommy was being silly and kept putting rings on my head.

DSC_5649

Waiting is the hardest part…

DSC_5657

I enjoyed drawing with the egg shaped chalk. Then I thought it was funny to “hunt” for the chalk. I loaded it all in my bucket and ran away! :) Just practicing! :)

DSC_5691

On your mark, get set…

DSC_5703

GO!

DSC_5711

Okay, do I bounce up and down?

DSC_5718

Or just look at you like you are crazy?

DSC_5724

This HUGE field of eggs…

DSC_5732

And I opt for a nice stroll!

DSC_5745

Why is everyone laughing at me?

DSC_5771

I just don’t get it!

DSC_5779

OH I want to pick up THESE?

DSC_5815

Okay, I got it… plop my butt down and slowly put everything in the bucket… then dump them out and start over??

DSC_5839

I finally got the hang of this hunting egg thing. Good thing there were only a few kids and TONS of eggs!

DSC_5870

Finally a nearly full bucket… but there are still TONS of eggs on the ground.

DSC_5874

I hunted for a few more and then gave up…

DSC_5879

Off to the BIG field with the eggs for Breighton’s hunt! :)

DSC_5950

I like this Easter egg hunt thing!

 Gymboree

We are counting down the days until my Gymboree membership is up. I am trying to maximize the fun in these last few weeks.

Climbing up the bumpy slide.

DSCN1739

I am a pro at shooting baskets! Look I can even DUNK!

DSCN1741

Roll the airlog.

DSCN1742

Rocking like a master! :)

DSCN1749

This bridge is nothing to me. Up the ladder, over and then down the other side with ease! :)

DSCN1752

And my last trick. TA-DA! A headstand! :)

DSCN1766

Spring Has Sprung… a bit TOO early! :)

Enjoying the afternoon in the backyard with the water table.

DSC_5561

Being a goof! :)

DSC_5564

Trying to hide from Breighton.

DSC_5576

Pure joy! :)

DSC_5595

Popeye says clean the patio? ARRRR!

DSC_5605

Not sure why Breighton keeps climbing up there.

DSC_5609

But I need to try to get up there too! right?
